Noemi Ramos has been in the hospitality business for over 30 years, having experience in hotels, resorts and independent restaurants. She possesses a degree in Culinary Arts and a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management with a Court Master Sommeliers Level 1.
Noemi used to work as a pastry chef, working here to the front of the house as a server, food runner, supervisor, manager, beverage manager, restaurant general manager, food and beverage director and now General Manager of an independent restaurant. Her background in Culinary Arts, experience in food and wine, and connections with sales
representatives in Atlanta and Colorado make her the perfect wine assistant, making sure your wine list goes with every item on your menu.
Noemi used to work as a General Manager for an independent restaurant and employed in a Carboy Winery in Colorado. Currently Noemi works in a food service company in Denver, Colorado... " I know that being in hospitality means I will have to make sacrifices. But it's who I am, it's in my blood."
